This was Willow Farm Riding School, a place that created many life long happy memories for countless children. The diary mentions Pat and Roy (husband and wife) their son Andrew and Mandy who was the riding instructor there. Sadly Andrew and Roy both past on years ago. - The horses and ponies were adored by all of the children and taught valuable life lessons like how to laugh, love, cry and stick onto a buck! It’s heart breaking seeing it abandoned, there was a lot more wooden stables there too and another large stable block around the back. Roy always lead a ghost hunt on Halloween for us kids.

It's not abandoned. the owner is in hospital. the family check it regular.

I know that this is a late comment but I've heard you say on several videos now about people ripping out items like a bath and leaving it in a random place, typically demolition crews will if the building has a high potential for squatters they will destroy the bathrooms and kitchen to make it less inviting for squatters, I have worked on several buildings which we did this we also removed the boilers and radiators sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Absolutely amazing, it certainly doesn't look like abandoned. That till is amazing to see not sure how it fully works. Those hornets what killed them something that big don't die easily.

Went here the other week. Absolutely mental place, wasn't sure about it at first but I'd say it's been empty maybe 5 years but I found a smart phone on the sofa that looked like it hadn't been touched for years. There was a painted mannequin head in the pond as well 😂 Happy finding ❤

I wonder and I'm sure that you noticed but I don't think upstairs has been used for a longer period of time than some of the downstairs rooms. I also noticed that the two living rooms are less cluttered than the rest. I also wondered if the locked living room was were the person could have slept and possibly passed away. when my family member got elderly and near the end we moved the single bed downstairs so that is a possibility to happen here. But great explore and awesome video

Nice manor place! Bit buggered but one can still tell it was a nice place …shame it wasn’t able to be kept up..

I stayed in this hotel once for a few days in 2017 while visiting Hull. Huge rooms (no murphy bed in mine) and beautiful gardens, I still have pictures of the gardens as they were back then. Unfortunately I think the location did as much to kill the hotel as COVID did. It was kind of out of the way in a residential neighborhood. I bet a springtime wedding in those gardens would have been lovely. A piece of the past I'm glad I took pictures of, sorry to see it disappear. Thank you for the trip down memory lane no matter how sad it makes me feel in the present.

Brilliant video, we love this location, you did so well getting a great explore of the place, we went back in 2020 but security stopped us hes a nice bloke and told us that he hates being here alone at night as he once saw a lady in white blocking his path when he was trying to drive upto the building but when he got out she had vanished. Keep up the awesome work and thank you so much for your help with the wales location 👍
